Recipe-LoLo Flo Citrus Crush Pops

 

  

It’s officially warm out. Which means one thing to me. Sweat. A lot of sweat. I don’t glow or perspire, I sweat buckets. Which also means I am easily dehydrated. One of the reasons I made LoLo Flo Electrolytes is because I sweat profusely and need to replenish my electrolytes all the damn time.

One way I found to deliver my electrolytes that is both fun and delicious are LoLo Flo Pops. So easy to make and hits the right frozen treat note without the sugar of store-bought.

LoLo Flo Citrus Crush Pops

Ingredients:

4 Scoops LoLo Flo Citrus Crush Electrolytes

1 Can LaCroix Key Lime Flavor

1 Can Coconut Milk (I prefer Aroy-D)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cardamom

¼ tsp tumeric

Stevia drops*

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend.

Pour into popsicle molds. I got mine at Target.

Place in freezer.

Freeze for a few hours. Pop-em out and Enjoy!


LoLo Flo Citrus Crush Pops – Key Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients:

4 Scoops LoLo Flo Citrus Crush Electrolytes

4 Ounces softened cream cheese (room temp)

¼ Cup sour cream

1 Can Coconut Milk (I prefer Aroy-D)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp tumeric

Juice of one lime

Stevia drops*

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely uniform.

Pour into popsicle molds. I got mine at Target.

Place in freezer.

Freeze for a few hours. Pop-em out and Enjoy!

*Notes

If you prefer a sweeter pop, add more low-carb sweetener of your choice and in amounts that you prefer.

I taste what I’m making as I go and increase sweetener as needed.

For those who might want these for Fasting. Omit the coconut milk in the first recipe and you have yourself something awesome!
